This is a value all breeders should share – and insist on. It benefits all breeders and has an effect on the breed as a whole. If we hope to preserve the breed for future generations, we must adopt a standard that all breeders follow. This standard should include how we select and breed our strains, and the fowl we sell.
I’m not saying you should sell your best birds, that’s nonsense, but you should never sell your culls.
In this lesson, I will show you why I value Quality over Quantity, and how you too can benefit from this way of thinking. I will also show you areas where you need to be aware of and watch out for. Not everyone is going to value these principles and practices.
